I am an out-of-network provider. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am happy to provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Please check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance company the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee/Sliding Scale
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
I ask that you provide 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment or you will be charged for the session.
